The short animation is completely hand-drawn.

It presents an autumn nostalgia through colors shades and general mood of the standing person, named Dodek.

The project is inspired by the nature and its colorfulness in the fall. The leaves were especially picked up during the walk in the park – Amsterdamse Bos. After they were dried out they became a perfect silhouettes for outlining the ‘leaf’ shapes. The watercolors reflected the subtle color properties of the leaves in the autumn. Overall, the aim of the project was to change a watercolor painting into a movable image.
